Terms of Service

Welcome to Imagino (imagino.dev). By creating an account, buying credits, or generating images, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Imagino lets you transform photos into AI-generated images using a variety of style templates. The service is offered "as is" and may change as we improve it.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Imagino.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Credits and payments

  • Image generations are paid for with credits. Credits can be earned (daily streak, referrals, mystery boxes) or purchased through Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed on the Buy Credits page in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Your content

  • You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the images you generate.
  • You grant Imagino a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing your gallery, community feed, share links).
  • You must have the rights to any photo you upload and you must not upload content that infringes someone else's IP, depicts minors in a sexual context, or violates law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Imagino to create or share content that is:

  • Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deepfakes intended to deceive or harass.
  • Hateful, harassing, or that incites violence against people or groups.
  • Designed to defraud, scam, impersonate, or spread misinformation.
  • Malware, spam, or anything that disrupts the service.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated images may be inaccurate, contain artifacts, or resemble real people. You are responsible for how you use them. Don't pass them off as photographs of real events.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep Imagino running but we don't guarantee uptime. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
