Refund & Cancellation Policy

Imagino sells digital credits used to generate AI images. Because credits are consumed instantly when you generate an image, refund eligibility is limited. We do try to be fair — please read below.

1. Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed

Once a credit has been used to generate an image, it cannot be refunded. AI compute costs are incurred immediately on our side.

2. Unused credits

If you bought a credit pack within the last 7 days and have not used any credits from it, you can request a full refund. Email support@imagino.dev with your order ID.

3. Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a server error or out-of-credits issue caused by us, the credit is automatically refunded back to your balance. If that didn't happen, write to us — we'll fix it.

4. Duplicate or accidental charges

Razorpay occasionally creates duplicate orders if a page is refreshed mid-payment. If you see two charges for the same purchase, email us with both order IDs and we'll refund the duplicate within 5–7 business days.

5. Subscriptions

Imagino currently sells one-time credit packs only. If we introduce subscriptions, you'll be able to cancel anytime from your billing page; renewal charges already taken are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@imagino.dev from the address on your account.
  2. Include the order/payment ID (you can find it on the Buy Credits page).
  3. Tell us briefly what happened.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.
